The short version: FastSankey has no user accounts, sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and your diagrams stay on your own device.

2. Your diagram data

The FastSankey editor runs entirely in your web browser. Diagrams you create are held in your browser's memory and saved – at your request – as JSON files on your own device. They are not transmitted to us and we have no access to them.

3. PDF export

When you use the PDF export, the rendered image of your diagram (a PNG file) is sent to our server, converted into a PDF and returned to your browser in the same request. The image and the PDF are processed in memory only; they are not stored on the server and are not shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (provision of the requested function).

4. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type). This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely, is not merged with other data sources and is deleted according to the provider's log rotation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Hosting provider: STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

5. Cookies, tracking, third-party content

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third-party content (fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we store no personal data beyond the technical server logs described above, such requests will usually be answered trivially – please contact us at hello@picsorta.com.
